Louisville is taking a new approach to helping the homeless. Metro Council helped fund a pilot program with Goodwill Industries of Kentucky called Another Way. Councilman Markus Winkler (D-17) sits down with the leaders of the project, Kim Boyd-Lane and Sharon Allgeier, to talk about the results so far. Plus, they share inspirational success stories and how the community can get involved.
